JBS Risk Benchmarking app for iPhone and iPad

Being successful in business requires the optimization of resources and an ongoing process of improvement. USING THIS APP
Ideally the App should be used by an experienced manager or performance auditor, however almost anyone should be able to apply it immediately to produce insights regarding your business performance. The main focus should be on identifying specific evidence (procedures, incident reports, training plans, etc) to support each rating and documenting findings using the 4C model (Condition, Criteria, Cause, Consequence) to produce recommendations based on the 4A model (Actionable, Achievable, Appropriate, Agreed).

ASSESSED AREAS
This simple app assesses 16 points of business risk management to provide a snapshot in time. You can assess multiple organisations at several different times in order to benchmark one organisation against another, or simply to benchmark your own organisation over time. Some of the criteria may not apply to your organisation and that is fine. They have been arranged in priority order to align with the Kaplan Norton Balanced ScoreCard framework but you can choose to rate only the ones that work for your organisation.
